Do I have to make an appointment for my pet to see one of your veterinarians?
While we do accept walk-ins, we encourage you to make an appointment so that we have the staff and supplies necessary to treat your pets at your time of arrival. This also minimizes your wait time when you arrive at the hospital. When calling to make an appointment, please make sure you confirm with our staff which office location your appointment is being booked for.
Which doctors are available at each of your offices?
Dr. Faulk and Dr. Tootle work primarily out of our Vidalia office, and Dr. Walter Perry is at our Baxley office. To accommodate clients in both locations, Dr. Faulk is currently available in our Baxley office on Fridays, while Dr. Perry sees appointments in our Vidalia office.
Do your prices vary by location?
Prices for all of our services are the same at all three clinics. Call us for a free quote on any service or medication.
Do you provide emergency/after-hours service?
Yes. All emergency services for both the Toombs and Appling County areas are run out of our Vidalia office. When you call our clinics after hours, you will be provided with contact information for
our emergency service. Please dial this number and leave a message including your name, your pet's name, the nature of your emergency and a call-back number, and the on-call veterinarian will return
your call directly.
