At Four Rivers Veterinary Center, it is our goal to provide our clients with compassionate and professional care. In an effort to better provide you with the service you and your pet deserve, we
ask all our clients to please observe the following considerations:
- Appointment policy - Four Rivers Veterinary Center operates primarily by appointment, and we encourage our clients to schedule ahead whenever possible. However, as emergencies do
arise, we will always give those cases top priority, and we ask for your understanding if a delay in your appointment is inevitable. We will always make our best effort to see each client at his or
her appointed time.
- Patient arrival policy - Please be on time for your appointment. If you are running late, let us know. Additionally, for your pet’s safety (and the safety of others), please
leash or crate your pet when bringing him or her into the office.
- Payment policy - We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, cash, CareCredit and
Scratchpay.
- Privacy policy - Four Rivers Veterinary Center takes the privacy of our clients very seriously. We do not collect any information on our clients, nor do we sell or distribute any
information to third-party vendors or Internet businesses.
