At Four Rivers Veterinary Center, we are dedicated to caring for your animals and developing long lasting relationships with our clients and community.

Our Vidalia hospital officially opened its doors in August 2012 by Dr. Charles R. Faulk. Since that time, Dr. Faulk has worked hard to assemble a team of caring, compassionate and highly skillled veterinary professionals that share the same dedication of delivering the highest quality veterinary care while also building strong and lasting client relationships. It is through these things that we can establish a foundation of good health for our patients. In January 2014, we opened a second location in Baxley, Georgia, with the goal of providing veterinary care to the residents of the greater Appling County area. 

We are a full service veterinary practice, providing a complete list of comprehensive medical, dental and surgical care for dogs, cats and pocket pets, such as hamsters and guinea pigs. Our facilities, equipment and services are designed to help our patients enjoy long, happy and healthy lives. We strive to stay on top of all the latest advances in veterinary medicine and to always deliver our services in a way that provides each patient with the individualized care and attention that they deserve.

At Four Rivers, we also believe strongly that you, as a caring pet owner, should play an active role in your pet's health care, which is why we do our very best to provide our clients with all the tools and education needed to make the best decisions for their animal companions. Our team is committed to educating our clients in how to keep your pets healthy year round, with good nutrition and exercise.

In addition to our passion for animal health care, our staff is also committed to giving back to the communities we serve. We work closely with animal advocacy and rescue groups and help with the medical care for their rescues and fosters. We are active in local civic groups and service organizations, and we are active organizers of and participants in a variety of community events.
